*'Visitors per month' refers to the 'New Visitors' plus 'Repeat Visitors' to your site in the relevant month.
The number of ‘New Visitors’ and ‘Repeat Visitors’ are displayed in the JAZreturns reports.

Optional Add-ons

The following optional add-ons are available with some plans. The E-business Enterprise plan includes all three add-ons.

Usage charges when in excess of monthly quota

If the number of visitors to your site exceeds the 'visitors per month' quota for your plan in a particular month, an excess usage charge will apply.

The excess usage amount is calculated based on your plan type and the number of excess visitors (recorded by the thousand) above your monthly quota. Excess usage charges are charged in arrears based on the previous month's actual usage.

For example, an E-business Silver plan which recorded 7,000 visitors for a month would be charged the normal E-business Silver plan amount plus $2.20 in excess usage charges for that month. (E-business silver plan monthly quota is 5,000 with 2,000 excess visitors at $1.10 per thousand excess visitors).
